Meeting the available cats up for adoption or fostering with Hastings Cat Lovers is a heartwarming experience. Our charity is dedicated to finding loving homes for these wonderful feline companions.

Harriet came into Rescue with her sister Hazel. They lived in a top floor flat and their human didn't think it as fair on them apart from the fact this was in an extremely busy road and both these girls are little ninjas! You need an Olympic athlete to be able to catch them if they do a runner. I love these 2 kitties! I call them the Dinky Dots! Harriet is a bit shyer than Hazel and a bit more feisty.

We are looking to rehome the sisters together in a home with an enclosed garden AWAY from busy roads.

India was being given away free on Facebook at around 8 weeks old.
So irresponsible & dangerous of the owner to do this. She could have been picked up & used to bait dogs!
Luckily one of our members saw the post, went & collected her & brought her to me.
India is a delightful little girl who loves just about everybody!
She gets on very well with my Wilfred Yorkie & has no fear of the older cats.
She is a little black ninja & is very fast on her pins!
She loves chicken, Lick e lix & Dreamies. She loves the garden
so we are looking for a home with an enclosed garden

Age: 5mos | Sex: Male | Breed: Moggy
Ivans owner got themselves overwhelmed by a cat/kitten situation so we helped the mother cats through our neutering scheme. We said we would take on any kittens they couldnt find a home for & here he is!
Ivan is a placid, friendly, affectionate little lad who loves his food & his sleep!
He plays quite a lot with young India who runs rings around him!

​​Chunk is my sister's cat. My sister passed away in 2022 . Chunk carried on living with my Brother in Law but due to ill health & having to move the Family have made the heartbreaking decision to put Chunk up for adoption. We are all devastated but have gone through all the options & there is no choice. Chunk is Big Human & Small Human friendly but dislikes other cats & dogs. My niece says: "he is a perfect angel with all people and children, loves attention, very cuddly and wants company all the time " He is on a urinary diet but the Charity will help with the costs. Chunk loves being outside & has the run of a huge garden & leafy surroundings so he is looking for a home with a garden, a catflap & AWAY FROM BUSY ROADS. Chunk cannot live with cats dogs Chunk can live with Children over 10 years

Tinkerbelle came into Rescue under very sad circumstances. Her adoring Human passed away recently with whom she had lived with since she was a kitten. She is very human friendly but not keen on other cats. A retired person/ persons or someone who is at home mostly would be an ideal fit for Tinkerbelle to help her through her grief & give her the forever home she truly deserves. As Tinkerbelle has spent most of her life living in a rural environment we are looking for a home with an enclosed garden AWAY from busy roads in a quiet area. Tinkerbelle CANNOT live with children. cats dogs Tinkerbelle needs to be the only pet in the house
